Explore a published CEACAM5 binding site, then inspect a generated integrin binder and its sequence.
Explore the campaign
Open the protein
Review CEACAM5’s extracellular region and compare RNA expression in mucinous tumors with other tumor types.
Open CEACAM5 →Inspect a published binding site
Open the tusamitamab contact site from structure 8BW0. Select residues on the sequence and use Show site in 3D to see where the antibody contacts CEACAM5.
Explore the sequence and site →Inspect a generated protein
The integrin αvβ6 study generated protein binders. Open design 1A to view it with the target and download its sequence.
Explore integrin binder 1A →Continue with the same selection in Codex

Which cells express a target?
Compare RNA detection across tumor, fibroblast, and endothelial cell groups.
Which molecules passed the docking checks?
Compare the selected FAP and CD73 molecules with reference controls.
How are the records connected?
Follow a protein to its interventions, structures, binding sites, and computational results.
Which disease and samples does this cover?
Read the campaign’s research question, sample comparisons, and sources.
Terms used in the atlas
- Surface target
- A protein being investigated for molecular engagement at the cell surface.
- Binding site
- A region where a molecular partner contacts a protein. The deposited contact maps here select target atoms within 5 Å of the recorded partner.
- Protein binder
- A protein designed or studied for its interaction with another molecule.
- Docking pose
- A calculated placement of a molecule in a protein’s binding site.
- Canonical sequence
- The reference amino-acid sequence for a protein in UniProt. Structure residue numbers are mapped to this sequence where the source alignment supports the match.
- pMMR
- Proficient DNA mismatch repair. This describes the disease context used to define the campaign.
- RSEM
- An RNA-expression quantification method. The tumor comparison plots report its recorded expression values.
