It retained proteins listed by the Cancer Surfaceome Atlas or supported by reviewed UniProt annotations for an extracellular region or membrane anchor at the plasma membrane. Each protein’s page shows its recorded location and the reason for inclusion.

Report order follows the saved prioritization score. It combines surface annotations, disease association, cancer-specific surfaceome membership, and single-cell RNA data. Missing measurements contribute no points; their source records remain marked as unmeasured.
